Refund policy

At Preeti’s Eldorado Silver Goods, all purchases are final.

WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OR REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. This includes but is not limited to change of mind, dissatisfaction, incorrect selection, size issues, or any personal preference.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

You must inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide a clear, unedited, and continuous video of the complete unboxing process showing the sealed package being opened and the issue with the product.

Requests without valid video proof will be rejected.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchange only in case of a damaged or defective product, subject to verification.

WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGE FOR CHANGE OF MIND OR ANY OTHER REASON.

The video evidence and exchange request must be submitted within 7 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY. Requests received after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

If the exchange is approved, the customer must dispatch the product back ONLY THROUGH OUR DESIGNATED LOGISTICS PARTNER OR AS INSTRUCTED BY US. Returns sent through any other courier or without our instructions will not be accepted.

The customer will bear the cost of return shipping. After the returned product is received and verified by us, the replacement product will be shipped by us at our cost.

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay if the customer uses any logistics service not approved or instructed by us.

All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval at our sole discretion.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

All items sold are non-returnable and non-refundable.
