WE DO NOT OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS. All products are sold strictly at their listed prices unless explicitly stated otherwise by us.

All delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or events beyond our control. Once the product is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and ownership transfers to you.
SECTION 6 – RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We maintain a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges.
WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. This includes, but is not limited to, cases of change of mind, dissatisfaction, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGE OF ITEMS IN CASE OF CHANGE OF MIND. All purchases are considered final once confirmed.
An exchange will be considered ONLY in the case where the product is received in a damaged condition, and this is subject to strict verification requirements. To request an exchange, you must provide a CLEAR, UNEDITED, AND CONTINUOUS VIDEO OF THE UNBOXING PROCESS showing the sealed package being opened and the damaged product inside. THE VIDEO EVIDENCE AND EXCHANGE REQUEST MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY. Any requests received after this period will not be considered under any circumstances.
Any request submitted without valid video proof will be automatically rejected. Approval of exchange requests is at our sole discretion after verification. NO OTHER CASES WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools or services which we do not control or monitor. These tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements. Your use of such tools is entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms of the respective third-party providers.
